Account Manager, Customer Success

Location: Miami, FL

Are you a people person who loves developing strong relationships? Do inefficient and ineffective processes keep you up at night? If you answered yes to these questions, we're looking for you! Join the Customer Success (CS) team of a fast-paced, growing international start-up. Our CS team is the primary point of contact with our customers, from their initial high intensity onboarding process and beyond. The team works to retain all of our customers and ensures that they are getting the most out of our products and services. The position is full-time and will report to the Head of Customer Success, with the opportunity to advance as the company grows. You will work directly from our Miami office with automotive customers in the United States, and alongside colleagues in international AutoLeadStar offices.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
  • Oversee and ensure smooth transition of customers from Close, through Onboarding, and into Retention phase
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers inside automotive organizations
  • Manage new and ongoing client accounts
  • Develop and share best practices to drive adoption and ROI for customers
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of product
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding each customer's use and adoption of product
  • Keep customers up to date with new feature releases
  • Ensure customers are provided with educational materials and training opportunities
  • Uncover and mitigate any risk that threatens a customer's growth, satisfaction, or renewal
  • Regularly monitor and review account analytics
  • Own all primary customer communication and resolve escalations with speed and efficiency
  • Implement changes based on customer feedback
  • Communicate customer requests and friction points with the Product team
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service position
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work while maintaining high level of customer service
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Must be detailed in documenting information and practice good follow‐through techniques
  • Demonstrates basic problem solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic listening and influencing skills
  • Ownership and drive: you should be persistent and unwavering in your desire and ability to follow through with client communications
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and analytics
  • Ability to assess and prioritize several tasks at once, as well as track and follow up on them
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to interact with others with respect and professionalism
  • Bonus if you've worked in an automotive/SAAS startup. Double bonus if you've worked in client services for an automotive/SAAS startup

Customer Success Manager - Technical Specialist

Location: Miami, FL

Our Customer Success department is growing and we're looking to add a highly dedicated, dynamic new member to the team! As a Technical Specialist, you will focus on the onboarding of a set of new customers, and work to provide account maintenance and solutions on an ongoing basis. You will leverage internal resources and ensure that customers get the most of our platform by presenting them with tips and best practices. We're looking for self-motivators and team players that will contribute to our growing company.

Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of our platform and technology
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Analysis of data and accounts
  • Build productive internal/external working relationships

Business Development Manager

Location: Midwest

The BDM's mission is to prospect, educate, engage, and close new business deals for AutoLeadStar. BDMs are expected to be self-regulating, results-driven, relationship builders, and fearless in follow-up. They should possess high emotional intelligence and be quick learners. BDMs will focus their efforts on a specific geographic territory or special category (i.e. a particular class of dealership group), as defined by the sales operations team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
  • Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the BDM will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Building a healthy pipeline of warm leads and uncovering high value business opportunities in the automotive industry, via strategic relationship-building and networking with potential and existing clients, as well as relevant industry connectors
  • Communicating AutoLeadStar's value proposition to potential clients and industry connectors/influencers in an impactful way
  • Owning the full sales cycle, i.e., scheduling follow-up meetings, pipeline management, proposal preparation, overseeing the negotiation and closing process
  • Representing AutoLeadStar at networking events, conferences, corporate presentations, online webinars and demos, trade association meetings, and more
  • Providing sales goal tracking and reporting
  • Delivering valuable product and customer insight to the product and management teams
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales-related role, where relationship building was a key responsibility
  • 1+ years in software or B2B services sales, as well as experience managing a full sales process, including closing deals
  • Relationships with or experience selling to the automotive industry is a plus
  • Comfort in building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with C-level and influential individuals in a given space
  • Experience in identifying creative ways to connect with key players and influencers in a given space/industry
  • Willingness to travel ~10% of the time or as needed depending on business needs
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Suite of tools, as well as experience with a CRM
  • Strong communication skills:
  • Writing skills: is a competent writer– particularly effective at concise forms like email and text
  • Phone skills: is absolutely comfortable picking up the phone in both warm and cold situations
  • Texting skills: feels texting is natural and effective

Social Sales Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Our Sales department is growing and we're looking to add an ambitious and dedicated new member to the team! As a Social Sales Manager, you will use social media channels to build relationships with prospects, provide information about our product, and build interest and excitement about our brand. By leveraging our internal resources and acting as the point person for our social media channels, you will play a critical role in providing feedback from the field to improve our process and product.   • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the AutoLeadStar product, pricing structure, and target market
  • Forge relationships with prospects on Facebook and Twitter by creating a dialogue around social content
  • Identify optimal times for engaging and educating prospects about our product
  • Respond effectively and in a timely manner to all prospect questions and concerns
  • Track all activity in the CRM
