Business Development Manager

Location: Midwest

The BDM's mission is to prospect, educate, engage, and close new business deals for AutoLeadStar. BDMs are expected to be self-regulating, results-driven, relationship builders, and fearless in follow-up. They should possess high emotional intelligence and be quick learners. BDMs will focus their efforts on a specific geographic territory or special category (i.e. a particular class of dealership group), as defined by the sales operations team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
  • Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the BDM will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Building a healthy pipeline of warm leads and uncovering high value business opportunities in the automotive industry, via strategic relationship-building and networking with potential and existing clients, as well as relevant industry connectors
  • Communicating AutoLeadStar's value proposition to potential clients and industry connectors/influencers in an impactful way
  • Owning the full sales cycle, i.e., scheduling follow-up meetings, pipeline management, proposal preparation, overseeing the negotiation and closing process
  • Representing AutoLeadStar at networking events, conferences, corporate presentations, online webinars and demos, trade association meetings, and more
  • Providing sales goal tracking and reporting
  • Delivering valuable product and customer insight to the product and management teams
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales-related role, where relationship building was a key responsibility
  • 1+ years in software or B2B services sales, as well as experience managing a full sales process, including closing deals
  • Relationships with or experience selling to the automotive industry is a plus
  • Comfort in building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with C-level and influential individuals in a given space
  • Experience in identifying creative ways to connect with key players and influencers in a given space/industry
  • Willingness to travel ~10% of the time or as needed depending on business needs
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Suite of tools, as well as experience with a CRM
  • Strong communication skills:
  • Writing skills: is a competent writer– particularly effective at concise forms like email and text
  • Phone skills: is absolutely comfortable picking up the phone in both warm and cold situations
  • Texting skills: feels texting is natural and effective

Marketing Graphic Designer

Location: Miami, FL

AutoLeadStar is a dynamic company that is shaking up the automotive digital industry, and we’re looking for a full time talented marketing graphic designer to join our growing team! Working closely with our Content, Sales, and Marketing teams, your main responsibility will be to create modern, seamless, and corporate content and collateral for our brand to build footprint in the industry and support our direct sales efforts. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
  • Implement corporate, yet creative, marketing materials
  • Design and optimize landing pages
  • Create branded social media promo graphics & assets
  • Create graphics for newsletters and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with our onsite and remote teams
  • Build presentations, decks, and templates for business development teams
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ year experience in a graphic designer position
  • Digital design portfolio with focus on social media, digital ad, and/or app graphics
  • Experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), mockups, web design and multimedia presentations
  • Strong design skills and innovative thinking
  • Well-versed in digital/mobile apps and social platforms
  • Strong brainstormer, collaborator & communicator
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Motivated by the prospect of new challenges each day
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work while maintaining high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Bonus if you've worked in an automotive/SAAS startup
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • High level of English - mandatory, Native tongue - Advantage
  • Availability for a full-time position
  • Portfolio mandatory
