We are looking for a UX/UI designer and leader who is passionate about creating a seamless, intuitive, beautiful web and mobile experience. Join our team to help us give our customers the five-star treatment, while taking your designs from concept to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead company design and branding.

We are expanding our sales, marketing, and business development departments in the US to keep pace with our explosive growth over the past few months. Regional Sales Managers work closely with our SDRs and Sales Team, and are responsible for prospecting and generating new business, forging relationships. Masters of everything from cold walk-ins, managing and operating high-level meetings, to closing deals and retaining relationships, Regional Sales Managers will also contribute to our core sales strategy and initiatives with ample opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of AutoLeadStar services, pricing structure, and target market.
  • Manage the full sales process, from identifying leads to managing prospects, nurturing leads, delivering demos, drafting sales proposals, and closing deals.
  • Take on prospects from SDR handoff and inbound leads.
  • Determine customer needs and “pains” to understand steps for making the sale.
  • Track activities and progress in our CRM.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results, competitive developments, and feedback from the field.
  • Regularly meet with leadership to review weekly sales, goals, progress, and status of prospective customers.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment among the team.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
  • Comfort speaking with high-level individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Manage and update activities CRM and make sure all deals and activities are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback on sales process to Sales Operations Team as well as recommendations for improvement.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment among the team.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Location: Miami, FL

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, with the opportunity to advance as the company grows. The Customer Success team is motivated by getting customers off to a great start via a high intensity onboarding process, customer retention, and identifying opportunities for customers to extend the use of AutoLeadStar products and services to help achieve maximum benefits. You will be working directly from our Miami office with automotive customers from the United States, and alongside colleagues in international AutoLeadStar offices.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION
  • Oversee and ensure smooth transition from close, through Onboarding, and into Retention phase
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers inside customer organizations
  • Develop and share best practices to drive adoption and ROI for customers
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of product to provide to customers
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding each Customer's use and adoption
  • Make sure customers are kept up to date with new feature releases
  • Ensure customers are provided with educational material and training opportunities
  • Uncover and mitigate any risk that threatens each customer's growth, satisfaction, or renewal
  • Regular monitoring and review of account analytics
  • Own all primary customer communication and resolve escalations with speed and efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage new and ongoing client account projects
  • Implement regular feedback and survey opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Product team to communicate customer requests/ product friction points
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service position

You will be working on advancing all aspects of content marketing for AutoLeadStar. This includes everything from creating original content to tracking analytics and KPIs and collaborating with influential figures in the industry for joint content initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create content including articles for industry publications, blog posts, and industry reports
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales team to build out content strategy and prepare materials such as case studies and one-pagers
  • Manage analytics and reporting for all content by using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Handle social media for the company including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with bloggers in the industry
  • Manage marketing campaigns
  • Assess and adjust strategy based on results
  • Create drip campaigns and newsletters for acquisition and retention
  • Responsible for all ad copy
  • Assist in material development for sales and marketing
